By accessing HERO2QUEST.io's current information and or participating in token purchases, you represent and warrant HERO2QUEST.io:

If a secondary market or exchange for trading H2Q tokens develops, it will be fully launched and operated independently of the Company, the Distributor, the distribution of H2Q and QST tokens. Neither the Company nor the Distributor will establish such secondary markets, and neither entity will act as an exchange for H2Q and QST tokens.
