By accessing HERO2QUEST.io's current information and or participating in token purchases, you represent and warrant HERO2QUEST.io:

β you agree and acknowledge that HERO2QUEST.io shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages of any kind in tort or otherwise (including, without limitation, loss of income or profit or loss of use or data or loss of reputation or loss of any economic or other opportunity of whatever nature or in any way arising) arising from or in connection with any acceptance of or reliance on the Current Information, Token Purchase or any part thereof by you;

Notwithstanding the distribution of H2Q tokens, users have no economic or legal rights or beneficial interests in the assets of the Company, the Distributor or any of their affiliates after the token distribution.
If a secondary market or exchange for trading H2Q tokens develops, it will be fully launched and operated. independently of the Company, the Distributor, the distribution of H2Q and QST tokens. Neither the Company nor the Distributor will establish such secondary markets, and neither entity will act as an exchange for H2Q and QST tokens.
AI Functionality Disclaimer
In HERO2QUEST, we utilize advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to generate personalized quests, narratives, and educational content. While we strive to provide a high-quality and seamless experience, it is important to understand that the AI systems in our platform operate autonomously and may occasionally produce content or outcomes that are unexpected, inaccurate, or inappropriate.

Users of the platform agree not to hold the developers liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the AI, including but not limited to, issues related to AI-generated content, system errors, or unauthorized access to AI data.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the AI features of HERO2QUEST at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to users.
By using HERO2QUEST, you agree to these terms and accept the inherent risks associated with AI technology.
